Please ensure that you report all water maintenance requests IMMEDIATELY including hot water tank leaks and issues.  Outside of regular business hours

(Monday – Friday 8AM – 4PM), call the office number at (518) 479-0800 and press 2 when the prompt asks you to.  We have magnets available in the Clubhouse with emergency maintenance request information on it that can be left on your refrigerator as a reminder of the office number and how to open a maintenance request – please stop by and pick one up if you are interested.

Zumba Classes Resume!

Tuesdays at 6PM

Cost: $6/class

Zumba will be offered in the Clubhouse again this January!  Class will take place every Tuesday except when Book Club is held.  Classes will take place:

November/December Birthday Celebration

Monday, January 8th, 6-8PM

Celebrate the birthdays of residents born in November and December.  Enjoy cake and refreshments in the Clubhouse!

Healthy Bones for Life Exercise & Education Program

Tuesdays and Thursdays at 10AM

Join instructor, Ann Yetmen, for a program involving exercise, balance and stretching which benefits all ages and fitness levels.  This program is sponsored by RSVP of the Capital Region in partnership with Sunnyview Hospital and is free!  Please wear comfortable shoes and clothing.

**Please note that class will NOT take place on Thursday, January 11th.**

Chair Yoga Schedule

Start 2018 healthier and happier by participating in the community’s chair yoga program taught by resident, Joan Haggerty.  January’s yoga classes will take place on the following days:

Pot Luck Dinner

Monday, January 22nd, 5PM

Bring your favorite dish to share.  Please sign up in the Clubhouse to make sure there is an even amount of all types of food.

French Toast Breakfast

Saturday, January 27th, 9-11AM

Cost: $6/person

Enjoy an all-you-can-eat French toast breakfast in the Clubhouse.

Yankee Trails Trip to Turning Stone Casino

Monday, January 29th, leave at 8:15AM

Start off the new year by trying your luck at Turning Stone Casino!  Trip departs from Yankee Trails at 8:15AM.
