November 2018 Community Newsletter

OFFICES CLOSED: Thursday, November 22nd & Friday, November 23rd Spinney at Pond View offices will be closed Thursday and Friday due to the Thanksgiving holiday. We hope that you enjoy your holiday with family and friends!

Dog Feces Issue Throughout Community

We continue to have reports of dog feces not being picked up throughout the community. Dog feces can carry disease if left unattended and picking up of feces is a requirement as a dog owner on a Pet Lease at The Spinney at Pond View. Please note that if you are a dog owner and not picking up, this is a violation of your Pet Lease and your pet may be required to leave the property.

E-mail Correspondence Issues

It has come to our attention that some residents are not receiving our e-mails. All resident communications are sent through our property management system to the e-mail address that was provided to us at lease signing. If your e-mail address has changed since you moved in, please provide your new e-mail address to the office so that we can update your profile. If your e-mail address has not changed and you’re still experiencing issues, please add the following e-mail address to your Contacts List: and let our office know so that we can contact our property management company to ensure your e-mail address has not been “blacklisted”.
