DESCRIPTION:Due to resident interest\, we have added a second strength training class for residents!  The loss of muscle mass as we age can impact our health.  Join us as we head into the weekend\, for a strength training class for all levels and abilities.  Aerobic and strength exercises (standing or in a chair) will be taught by a certified instructor.  $5 per person.
