DESCRIPTION:Due to resident interest\, we have added a second strength training class for residents!  The loss of muscle mass as we age can impact our health.  Join us as we head into the weekend\, for a strength training class for all levels and abilities.  Aerobic and strength exercises (standing or in a chair) will be taught by a certified instructor.  $5 per person.

SUMMARY:Art Show with Resident Jim Hamm
DESCRIPTION:Jim started with pencil sketching during Covid and gradually graduated to watercolors and then acrylic painting.  Jim paints from photographs that either he has taken or one that has been sent to him.  Most of his work is done in a day with most being 7×10\, 9×11\, or 11×14.  Believe it or not\, Jim is 100% self-taught.  I think you’ll agree when you his work that Jim is very talented!  Come and look at his exhibit and join in for light refreshments.  RSVPs are appreciated\, but not required.
